If you need to return or exchange an item. We will accept returns within 3 days of delivery or installation date.

Return for Refund
Credit amount will be calculated as follows:

- Credit less all freight charges incurred.

Orders shipped via FedEx are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.

We will refund by check or PayPal direct credit to the billing address.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: If an item is damaged or missing from an order and/or an item is shipped incorrectly, duties and taxes will not be charged upon re-shipment.

Canadian PST, duties and taxes will not be refunded on items returned for reasons other than those stated above.

Shipping and Damage Claims
If your shipment has arrived with a damages not disclosed or incorrect item, please contact us. We may issue full refund.

TIRES ONLY

- Each tire (even when strapped to another tire) should be clearly labeled with your return address and Bay Tires address.
- Packing slip should be taped securely on tire.
